Muti-core communication kernel module and DSP program

This is a project base on dm3730 device, communicate between ARM and DSP by shared memory.

1. insert hst_sample_init() in main()
2. insert sample_handle_init() in init_task()
3. increase the RESERVED_HEAP_SIZE in shm_init()
