"Create Free Account" should be removed

Problem: A student clicking on "Create Free Account" will be disoriented when it instead redirects to an irrelevant page.

Which redirects to -->

Solution: The "Create Free Account" button should be removed until account creation through Mathshare is implemented.

(Sign in doesn't make sense in this context, nor does redirecting to OAuth from a Create Free Account button)
