Added maxVwDenominator and maxVhDenominator options that both default to 4

Removed the maxVwSpacing, vwSpacingStep, maxVhSpacing, and vhSpacingStep options

Fixed

Fixed utilities that used vw and vh units (1/2vw now correctly translates to 50vw instead of 0.5vw which is 5/1000th of the view width)
