An Android Studio Mobile Application Project targeting Android 6.0 (API level 23) application using Android Studio 3.1.4.
The app allows users to search for cinemas either by location data or place name and provides details of films and their showing times at a selected cinema. Users can also search for films and get a detailed description of the film and view the trailer. Features remote storage using FireBase and local storage.
The mobile application makes appropriate use of both of the following technical areas:-
- Mobile sensors such as camera and location, and uses a local storage method.
- REST API(s) with parsing and displaying of returned data.
- YouTube Api intergration
