Remove unnecessary development configurations, implement shared token authentication for the admin endpoint when OIDC is disabled, and enhance OIDC and TLS support across services. OIDC Docker compose examples now include CA deployment for testing. Additionally, remove the
oidc_skip_tls_verifyconfiguration to improve security. Address minor review comments.
