style(action): wrap long descriptions via yamlfix#110

yamlfix wraps the `no-trailing-chars` input and `output-file` output descriptions that have been over the 80-char default since they were introduced. Brings action.yml into the same yamlfix-clean state as .github/workflows/. Signed-off-by: Nerijus Bendžiūnas <nerijus.bendziunas@gmail.com>
