QUIC bump

  • quic 1.4.2 → 1.4.5, h2 0.6.0 → 0.6.1 (0.6.0 fails to compile on OTP 29).

OTP 29 port

Replaced the deprecated prefix catch Expr form with try ... catch ... end in webtransport_h2, webtransport_session, and webtransport.

CI

  • Test matrix: 26, 27 → 26, 27, 28, 29
