HTTP Trigger missing functionality

• Only POST is supported, cannot send GET requests
• Cannot send anonymous GET requests
• Cannot burst GET requests

• You can now trigger an Azure Function without a key, aka anonymous
• This is only supported when using ANONYMOUS and GET. The code is commented out in the build, but you can view the code to see how I did it.
