Add Support for Frankies Expansion

I would love for this to somehow support the various 3dmm expansions (Nick3dmm, Doraemon, or Frankies). Not sure if that is possible, but it would be amazing to have access to all the extra stuff.

Expansion support is certainly possible. Windows builds of 3DMMEx can already load expansions by copying the data files to 3DMMEx's Microsoft Kids directory and setting the same registry values that the installers set, e.g.:

This process isn't very user-friendly though, and it doesn't work on SDL/Linux builds, so I will look at improving that.
