Total can go negative with a promo code

If the promo code causes the total to go below Zero, we should zero it out.

This is a major issue because when we give customers a free Bento, it's set to $15, which causes it to be negative.

We're also rounding up to $1, I think? @demant I can't remember what we do on iOS to avoid the Stripe minimum error. It's either 50c or $1 that we round up to.

Yeah but I think we round it to a dollar in the iOS app.

Not fixed. This is a critical bug guys...

We had a really influential person today have a terrible ordering process because of it.

Closer...but not quite correct.

If tax is less than 0, just show $0.

If total is $0 or less than $0, make the total $0.

It total is $0.01 - $0.49, round up to $0.50.

Make sense?

@demant Yeah! makes sence but, will not this throws an error with stripe? or the backend handle the case when the order is 0$?
