OneDrive support please

There's Dropbox and Google Drive support but there's one missing. Just add SkyDrive support and this would be the best markdown editor there is.

I'm looking at the Live SDK Documentation and see they have some good code samples for someone with the motivation to work on this.

There doesn't seem to be a "change" API to get file modifications feed in OneDrive like Google Drive and Dropbox have.

@benweet, but why do you need a full-blown modifications feed? If I understand correctly, StackEdit only needs to look at a few specific files. For these files, you can query whether any changes have been made using File Properties API.

The change feed allows StackEdit to request all modifications in one go. Without this, the sync mechanism would have to make potentially hundreds of requests (1 per file open in StackEdit) every 3 min. That's just inconceivable..

As far as I know, they are aware of a "modification list" request, and are in process of building it.

Until it's ready, if we ask users to store all the StackEdit files in a single folder, then we can use a single request to retrieve the list of all files in this folder with their properties (including the "last-updated" time):
