Documentation Updates

• fix a small linter error causing main CI to fail.
• Used claude to add a docs.yml file validating the docs/ folder
• move docs/README.md -> docs/index.md which is what builds the main docs site (https://flextnensions.berkeley.edu/help)
• cleanup names/links
• scaffold a research page
