Add JWT Decoder & Inspector Tool

Add a JWT (JSON Web Token) decoder tool that allows developers to paste a JWT and instantly view its decoded header, payload, and signature. The tool should format the JSON output, highlight expiration details, and help developers debug authentication tokens easily.
