We will need the project structure to be propagated across other branches, so this will be merged, however, the issue will not be closed.

- Created sub-directories.
- Created a core library, for the moment (and to test) moved scalar.h and macros.h into the core library.
Solvers:
- Created a solver library.
- Created a solver.h/cpp and test folder and file.
