[Bug] Model list fails due to 2000 character limit when using openrouter

Describe the Bug

When you use the model list command and the list exceeds 2000 characters the bot fails to respond. It should be able to chop the message into multiple.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run '...'
2. Send command '...'
3. See error
