[Bug]: Herd window cannot resize down

Bug description

I cannot resize down the Herd main window. Maybe there's a min height and min width?
I'm on a laptop and I cannot use Herd on window mode because Herd is bigger than my screen.

Huh that's interesting - what's your screen resolution? The min width and height is 800px * 600px which shouldn't be an issue.

My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 with 125% upscale

I saw Herd fits on my screen until I move it around or resize it. Here is a screen recording:

Probably linked with this: since version 1.20 Herd opens with the same window size as previously, but that size is now smaller that the min size of the window (same as the recording, the window size jumps when moved the first time). I've tested this with 2 different monitors:

4k monitor with 150% scaling:
opens at 1248x800
jumps to 1886x1271

1080p monitor with 100% scaling:
opens at 1096x798
jumps to 1256x848

PS: my measurements are probably a few pixels off
