Bug description

I have installed Herd on Windoes, but somehow it did not install composer, now if i create a new laravel project it wil say, all fine, project installed, but in the background nothing wil happen . composer is somehow not installed... but that is only visible if you show console output..

also it would be nice if we have a check installation option so we can reinstall all dependencies like ; composer

This sounds to me like you might be using gitbash and missed the aliases?

The files are all added to your PATH so there is no need to reinstall them.
