ARM64 (M1, M2, etc)
Herd Version

PHP Version

Bug description
Running herd init with the wrong php version errors, but it's not immediately clear as to why.
For setups with multiple projects on herd with differing PHP versions, this naturally gets cumbersome to manage. But in the same vein, onboarding multiple projects with differing versions with Herd can run into this issue.
Would be a good QOL change that herd init uses the isolated PHP version selected by default when it runs
Steps to reproduce
- Set Herd php version to something
herd init to make herd.yml, using a different php version
herd init to set up project - see error
Relevant log output
