gnu grep and case sensitive search

there is nothing under GNU grep for case sensitive search. what is that supposed to mean?

The "feature comparison" chart is really a "command phrasebook" chart at this point. Since there is no command to turn on case-sensitive searching for grep, it doesn't show up in the chart.
