Now will be following ruff for linting the project
Made all the linting changes in the stgraph.dataset.static module. Also removed the previous dataloaders from the stagraph.dataset module.
Done linting stgraph_temporal_dataset and hungarycp_dataloader
And fixed a bug in HugaryCP, METRLA and Montevideo regarding the continuity of Node ID labelling. Thank you PyTest!
