The patches stored in shared were not updated after storing or deleting patches. This meant that navigating away from Luna and coming back showed the wrong patches. Fixes an unclosed scope, missing breakpoint, and moved array of instruments to global scope.

This release fixes an shared patch cache issue, upgrades webnative to v0.20, and adds a fancy 404 page.
