docs(editor): document v0.48.0 fix to track-side New ‖ Remove
The editor menu's New and Remove buttons for track-side plots
(tracks, pillars, tunnels) now actually work — were silently broken
because they spliced the HUD path string into commands. Track-side
Remove also wipes the variant's plot blocks before deregistering.

docs: rename option in editor menu + inline typing field (v0.45.0, PR #59)
Document PR #59 changes:
- Rename button on parts/carriages/contents (pre-fills current id,
hidden for protected builtins).
- New /dt editor part rename command — true rename vs save <new_name>'s
save-as behaviour. Documented in Feature-Carriage-Editor.md with the
full step-by-step flow and edge cases.
- Inline typing field at the clicked button row replaces the
top-of-panel green line.

v0.45.0: Reset|Clear pair, [-] Weight (N) [+] nudge row
Document the two PR #58 user-facing changes (Reset/Clear consolidated
on a single 50:50 row, new triple-cell weight nudge row in the editor
menu) and the new server-side weight inc/dec subcommands. Adds three
new sections to Feature-Command-Menu describing the row pairing, the
nudge row behaviour, and the new Stay/Triple menu primitives, and
extends Feature-Carriage-Weighting with the relative-adjust commands.

to the editor menu table, add a "Clear — wipe interior blocks"
subsection.
