docs(books): document book text sanitization on both sides of the wire Covers what is stripped (control characters, lone surrogates, ZWSP/BOM, Zalgo stacks, and § in titles/authors) and — more usefully for anyone touching this later — what is deliberately KEPT and why: § in page bodies, bidi marks, and ZWNJ/ZWJ. Those three were stripped in the first pass and restored on review; without the rationale recorded, the obvious "harden it further" move is to re-remove them and quietly break right-to-left text and every ZWJ emoji. Shipped in v0.608.0 (dungeon-train-mc#1033, dp-relay#430).
