Datetime widget inside an array doesn't update values when moved up/down

The values are being changed in the data, however, the widget inputs still show old values.

This is happening because the widget maintains its own state and even though the value from the editor is changing, its state isn't.

Current fix is half-arsed. But this is the best that could be done given how the array items are moved (i.e. a key doesn't change even though the value does).
