We need a manpage

I'd like to take all the cruft of command outputs in the README.md and just shove it into a manpage.

I'm making this issue for myself to later explore but anyones input is cool.

Why not both? It's a command-line tool. I think theres a pyman package or something I saw a while back. I'll investigate this this week.

Since we are using pipx, we can use their instructions for adding manual pages.

The README.md needs to be cleaned up. I'll work on it this summer probably. I think a wiki might be more helpful, but maybe both?
