This pull request introduces support for configurable build methods for Git-based applications, allowing users to choose between "Railpack" and "Dockerfile" build strategies. It updates the database schema, backend logic, and frontend forms to support this feature, and adds integration tests for both build methods. Additionally, it improves the log-watching services and refines log streaming API behavior for deployment logs.
