Missing chapters in content list

Describe the Bug

I found that for some books content list is not full. I checked couple of books and I don't know what's the pattern but for some, Papyrix has incomplete list of chapters.
As example I can mention Rust for Rustaceans. It has full content list on crosspoint but only part of the chapters on Papyrix.
I tried both, optimized (via xteink tool) and unoptimized version of the book.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open book
2. Open content list
3. Incomplete list of chapters

Expected Behavior

Content list should have complete chapters list.

Here it is. I had to download Winzip firsts, as 7Zip is not accepted here.
Expected behavior should be: chapters should have all the text in the chapter, and not a truncated chapter
