Update webhooks yaml file

• Removed pagination from the meta object for POST a Hook, GET a Hook, PUT a Hook, DELETE a Hook.
• Updated the order of the response body for /hooks endpoints
• Removed the 400 error response from the Get endpoints.
• Changed store/order/* to store/order/created in the examples
