Erros and AIP-193 #235

What? Why?
We are using a combination of languages (python, ruby, and go) in our environment, and normalizing our error handling internally. As I was doing some research into "right" (note the quotes) way to handle errors I ran across API-193 and digging into the python and go grpc servers, it looks like they're already using this schema.
I wanted to get some feedback on this project's interest in changing gruf's standard error message to match the "right" must. If so, I'm happy to work on a PR for this repository, if not, we will solve this internally for us.
