Linking Exception Not Really Qualified

I'd thought that I'd qualified the linking exception so that it would apply only to the GNU Affero General Public License, but I see that the language of the linking exception is generic, so it would also apply to the LGPL should I decide to relicense under LGPL.

Relicensing under LGPL 3.0 may cause the software to fork, if people prefer the linking exception to the exceptions in the LGPL.

I'm not comfortable making up my own language. I'm comfortable cutting and pasting the 0mq linking exception and the Gnu Classpath preamble, but not with adding my own language.
