Pulls in the fts:rebuild + optimize auto-migrate hotfix. After this lands, the live + Hetzner upgrade step is a single command: vendor/bin/imanager fts:rebuild --db=data/imanager.db (2.2.1 applies any pending schema migrations first, then rebuilds.) Smoked: frontend 200, editor 200, search 200.
