This PR fixes help for --rampup-batch-size:

  1. resolves warning:
megatron/arguments.py:402
  /mnt/nvme1/code/huggingface/Megatron-DeepSpeed-master/megatron/arguments.py:402: DeprecationWarning: invalid escape sequence \ 
    '   --rampup-batch-size 16 8 300000 \ '
