Release for iRODS UI improvements, catching up with SODAR Core and minor fixes.

  • Client-side updating of iRODS links
  • Reduce unnecessary iRODS connections
  • Upgrade project and requirements for SODAR Core v0.4.3
  • Cleanup and refactoring to match SODAR Core v0.4.3
  • Remove most local JS/CSS includes
  • Reformat using Black
