Move image/video with advanced polygon tools

If one of the polygon brush/eraser/fill or magic wand tools is active, the user can no longer grab and move the image/video because a click and drag activates the tool. If these tools are active, allow a click/drag interaction with the right mouse button.

Also mention this in the manual.

@mzur Should right-click drag also be enabled while using (left click dragging) these tools? Also, are there any users with a laptop that don't have a right-mouse button? On Macbooks you can right-click by pressing control while left-clicking or by clicking with two fingers. I'll implement this issue with an external mouse, so I'm not going to worry about that.

Probably. But they just can't use this. Or do you have a better idea like Shift/Ctrl+Left Click?

@mzur Shift+Left click would be more universal, but it's up to you.

If this doesn't conflict with existing shortcuts then we can use it. I think Shift+Click enables the freehand drawing condition for polygons but this may not be relevant for the brush/eraser/fill.

@mzur Shift+Left click is reserved for selecting annotations while using one of the polygon tools (erase/fill don't work with shift+left click, magic wand/polygon brush do their thing additionally to selecting with shift+left click, not sure if this is intended).
We could do ctrl+left click on Windows and ⌘ (Command) + left click on Mac (⌃ (Control)+left click would just open the right-click context menu on Mac, ctrl works differently there). Or just stick to right mouse button.
