Adds a fillable P1–P9 + additive-cases smoke tracking doc for the v1.0.29 final cut at
docs/superpowers/smoke/2026-05-31-v1.0.29-final-cut-smoke.md. Derived from the v1.0.3 + v1.0.1 smoke matrices; empty PASS/FAIL rows to fill while walking the build/install smoke. Docs-only.
