Custom NBT Startup v0.1.0

Initial release of the BMW NBT boot animation encoder CLI.

Features

  • nbt-startup encode — Convert MP4 videos to .pdds boot animation files
  • Configurable frame count (-n), width (-W), and height (-H)
  • DXT1 compression with motion compensation (I-frame + P-frames)
  • LZO compressed output matching the original NBT format
