Add a stateful terminal log sanitizer for txt/html session logs so saved output handles backspace, carriage-return overwrites, erase-line/display controls, and split CSI/OSC sequences correctly. Stream txt/html auto-save through a persistent renderer and write rendered snapshots directly to the final log file, avoiding raw temp files and redundant full rewrites on session close. Keep raw log format unchanged.
