Help with a binary bot

Hello guys. I'm trying to do it, but it's not working. Can anyone help me develop a bot with the following settings:

If the candle closes above the bollinger band make a buy at the opening of the fifth candle and if loss enters buying again making a martingale at the opening of the next candle. And if loss or win wait for the process to start again without martingale

And when the candle closes below the bollinger band make a sell at the opening of the fifth candle and if loss make a sell again with a martingale. If loss or win wait for the process to start again without martingale.
