[FEATURE] continous scroll mode and webtoon mode

I am enjoying your program so much, thanks for writing it, it just needs to have continuous scroll mode and webtoon mode (continous scroll mode with no page margins)

Continuous page mode is something I'd like to try adding some day but probably not soon, as it will likely take a lot of work/changes to the way I display pages and there are some things I have to figure out first to make it work. It's in my TODO list but I don't know when/if I'll have the time to work on it but, if I can in the future, I'll give it a go.

I previously asked for continuous strip and discontinuous strip mode but it seems that it is not so easy to achieve. We just have to wait for it to be implemented in the future.
