Fix an issue where files were being pruned in UTC rather than the server's local time. Now there is an options
-zor--utcto use UTC. The default is the server timezone.This is a breaking change as the timezone default will switch from UTC to the server timezone. If you want to remain on UTC, use the
-zflag.
