Description

Updated the NPM links for Composter MCP and CLI in the documentation. Converted the raw URLs into styled hyperlinks with external link icons that open in a new tab. Moved the links to their appropriate sections: MCP link remains in the MCP section, and CLI link is now in the CLI section.
