New features

• Set up HMM databases from the agent API. External agents and scripts can now register a custom HMMER .hmm.gz source and download + index any database — the built-in Pfam-A / NCBIfam, or a custom URL — completely headless. The files land exactly where the in-app catalog downloader puts them, so hmmscan can use them right away. Mirrors the HMM-database window's Add and Download buttons.
• The Part Domesticator pre-fills the fragment name. When you send a fragment from the Synthesis composer into the Domesticator, its name now comes along — no more re-typing the part name you just gave it.

Bug fixes

• Synthesis and Constructor primers keep their name. A primer designed during domestication now shows the same name everywhere — its entry in the primer library, the primer_bind features on both the fragment and the cloned plasmid, and the construction history — instead of a generic "forward primer" / "reverse primer". One name, every view.
