RNA secondary-structure folding, built in. Give SpliceCraft an RNA (or DNA) sequence and it computes the most stable secondary structure — the dot-bracket fold and its free energy (ΔG in kcal/mol) — using the standard Turner-2004 nearest-neighbor thermodynamics. It's pure Python with no external library to install (no ViennaRNA), yet it reproduces ViennaRNA's energies exactly. Available now through the agent API (fold-rna), and it's the foundation for the operon / gene-expression-tuning tools coming next.
