Operon Design workbench. A new "Operon Design" tab in the Synthesis screen for building tuned bacterial operons end-to-end. Keep a library of protein collections (add a protein by pasting its sequence, or grab a CDS from any plasmid in your library with From feature), drop proteins into an assembly lane, set a target relative RBS strength per gene, and Assemble — SpliceCraft codon-optimizes each CDS and reverse-designs each ribosome binding site in its real context, so the achieved strength tracks your target (a gene the surrounding sequence can't drive strongly is flagged honestly). The finished operon — promoter + RBS + CDS per gene + terminator — drops into the DNA tab fully annotated, ready to add cut sites or clone as a fragment. Also scriptable via the new assemble-operon agent endpoint. Pure-Python, built on SpliceCraft's own RBS engine — no external dependencies.
