Saved PCR amplicons now keep their primers properly. When you save an amplicon to your library from the Simulator, its forward and reverse primers are now recorded as real primer-binding features — so on reload they show their true binding position on the circular map and in the sequence panel (including any 5′ tail), and they're counted in the primer-usage index. Previously the primer sequence was tucked into a plain note the viewer ignored, so a reloaded amplicon showed only a bare bar and its primers went uncounted.
Roomier input boxes. Several text fields were too narrow to read what you'd typed. The Primer Designer's annealing-Tm, primer-length and amplicon-size boxes, the Gibson Assembly minimum-overlap box, and the ORF Finder minimum-length box now show their values with room for the cursor.
