This repository stores code associated with the FieldEffectCrc data package on
Bioconductor's ExperimentHub. The data in this package was introduced and
analyzed in Dampier et al. (PMCID: PMC7386360, PMID: 32764205). The
FieldEffectCrc package is meant to facilitate reproducibility and extension of
the original analysis.
