A script that

• creates directory db,
• properly sets all the necessary users and permissions,
• executes --recreate
• asks where are the repos and writes that into .env.local
• perhaps checks out the documentation repo, maybe ingests it.

This doesn't have mush sense after #195. Installation is simpler and setting up repos is trivial locally, while setting up a server has too many steps that cannot be automated.
