Organize imports: :TYPES: predefined group

This is a "nice to have" suggestion, not a request.

The idea came from this prettier plugin: https://github.com/IanVS/prettier-plugin-sort-imports. You can read more here.

It's important to note that this feature adds complexity, as it would also require merging and splitting import nodes.

For example:

import { QueryClient, type Logger } from '@tanstack/react-query';

// becomes

import type { Logger } from '@tanstack/react-query';
import { QueryClient } from '@tanstack/react-query';

This was briefly discussed in Discord.

I opened a PR to add a way of separating types.
Note that this doesn't extract inline types from regular imports.
