(Potentially) Breaking Changes

[#138] Lighttpd upgrade v1.4.78 ⇒ v1.4.79.
[#141] React Native upgrade to v0.79 & library scaffolding upgrade:
- Android, iOS, MacOS — it works for these targets.
- Windows — it is not expected to work. Pending the release of react-native-windows@0.79 to proceed with the upgrade & testing. For now, stick with the previous react-native-static-server@0.20.1 for Windows target.

Other Updates

[#130] It looks like with the latest CMake v4.0.1 and Xcode v16.3 the library builds alright on MacOS, without a need of additional sym-linking of CMake executable, mentioned in the Issue #130.
Update of other dependencies.
