[#156] Upgrade to RN@0.84.
- Verified to work for Android and iOS.
- Fails to build for Mac Catalyst, because of issues on RN side (see react/react-native#46213, facebook/hermes#1883).
- Not expected to work for Windows (#146).
Update of other dependencies.
